At Skool Krafts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Skool Krafts account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
